Monthly Mailing - All of our members will receive our monthly newsletter jam packed with news, helpful articles and details of upcoming events such as our Area Training Days, Local Group Gatherings and our annual Conferences.  

Local Network - We are passionate about peer support! One of the biggest treasures of UCAN is our local groups where all UCAN members can connect and meet with other church administrators and managers in their area, to pray together and share knowledge, resources and skills - click here for more details. 

UCAN are focussing on increasing the number and range of groups available, so that every church administrator in the UK has a group near them that they can join if they would like to. 

UCAN'S My ChurchSuite - our Administrator and Manager members get access to UCAN's My ChurchSuite where you can connect with a local group and other administrators, see upcoming events, find links to resources and more!

Members Forum - As well as offering regional peer support with our local groups, we also have a national, knowledgeable, network of church administrators in our UCAN forum. UCAN Administrator and Manager members can find resources, advice and a wealth of knowledge and experience from hundreds of other like-minded individuals. You can access the forum here.

Resources - We don't believe in having to reinvent the wheel (unless it's absolutely necessary!) and have a number of resources available in our UCAN forum.

We have a library of downloadable resources and templates which can be accessed by Administrator and Manager Members here! With over 40+ templates and growing, covering 9 key areas of church administration.

Training - We regularly provide area training days nationwide for Church Administrators and Managers. Keep an eye on our FacebookInstagram, Threads or Website for details of 2025 training dates.

With the exception of Altitude Training which is exclusively for UCAN Manager Members, our training days/courses are available to all church administrators and operations managers, regardless of whether or not they are a free or paid member of UCAN, or a Non-Member. However, a paid UCAN membership does offer a discount on many of our courses.

Manager Member Virtual Roundtable Sessions
Every other month our Manager Members are invited to come together online with their colleagues across the country for some spiritual encouragement, skills-based development, and discussion in breakout rooms.

These roundtable events will occupy 1hr 15mins over a lunchtime slot, every other month. They are included in the cost of Manager Level Membership. Join us to be encouraged and to invest in your vital ministry. Find out more here.

Administrator Member TAPAS Training
Termly our Administrator Level Members are invited to come together online with their colleagues across the country for some encouragement, bite sized learning, skill sharing and discussion.

TAPAS Training events will occupy 1hr 15mins over a lunchtime slot, and they are included in the cost of Administrator Level Membership. Join us to be encouraged and to invest in your vital ministry. Find out the date of our next session here.

Conferences - To date, we have run 13 Cutting Edge Conferences aimed at senior-manager administrators, alternating each year between single day conferences and longer, 3 day residentials. Our most recent conference was in June 2024 and you can purchase and download a digital pack from the day with our keynote talks and slides from our shop here.

**NEW** UCAN National Conference 2025! In June & July 2025 we plan to host a 1-day conference on two different days in two different locations so that you can come to the one that works best for you and - really exciting – we are opening it out to both managers and administrators! There will be plenty of relevant content for all – some of it together and some in different streams. If you are blessed to have an administrative team, this could be a great opportunity for you to join us together! Find out more and join in here!
